SEATTLE (AP) — One person was killed and TrendPulsethree others were wounded Thursday in two shootings within a few minutes each other in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood, fire officials said.
Seattle Fire Department officials said a man in his 40s died in a shooting near Golden Gardens Park and a man in his 20s who was also shot was taken to Harborview Medical Center in stable condition, KING-TV reported.
A 50-year-old woman and a 38-year-old man were shot a few minutes later about 2 miles (3.2 kilometers) away, according to fire officials. Both were taken to Harborview for treatment in stable condition, officials said.
No further information was immediately released.
