Patrick Mahomes and his pregnant wife Brittany Mahomes have some news about their teammate on the way.
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback and the former soccer player announced they're having another baby girl.
On July 19, the couple shared an Instagram video of daughter Sterling Skye, 3, and son Patrick “Bronze,” 19 months, playing a game of giant Tic Tac Toe at a sex reveal party. A sign above the game board read: "Little sis or little bro? Flip to know."
As their kids uncovered each square, it was revealed that pink—symbolizing a baby sister—was the ultimate winner.
Needless to say, Patrick and Brittany's friends and family were thrilled, with the NFL star's brother Jackson Mahomes writing in the comments section, "So exciting!!!"
The baby news come just a week after the couple—high school sweethearts who tied the knot in 2022—announced Brittany's pregnancy.
"Round three," they quipped in a joint July 12 Instagram post, adding alongside a white heart, "Here we come."
But Patrick, 28, recently shared that he and Brittany, also 28, are likely to throw in the towel after welcoming baby No. 3.
"I'm done," Patrick emphatically stated during a Chiefs press conference July 16. "I'll say that. I said three and I'm done."
Still, the three-time Super Bowl winner is grateful that he started his fatherhood journey in his 20s, saying that being a dad is "awesome."
"I always wanted to have kids young," he shared. "We're having our third kid now to join our family."
Describing Brittany as a "great" mom, Patrick added, "We still go out and enjoy our life, and let our kids see these great things."
