There's no feud within this family.
After rumors circulated on social media that Steve Harvey's wife Marjorie Harvey had cheated on him, the comedian assured fans that there was no truth to the accusation, confirming he and his wife of 16 years are better than ever.
"Before I get started, just let me say I'm fine," the Family Feud host said while on stage during an Aug. 27 event, as seen in a video shared on TikTok. "We're fine. I don't know what y'all doing but find something else to do because we're fine. Lord have mercy. Man, I ain't got no time for rumors and gossip. God's been good to me, I'm still shining."
As for Marjorie, she took to social media to slam the rumors, noting that this was one instance they felt compelled to speak out against.
"My husband and I don't usually stop to address all the foolishness and lies that have been spread about us," she captioned an Aug. 27 Instagram post. "However, to whom much is given much is required. I understand that with my platform comes some sort of responsibility to those that may not be as strong as we are."
She concluded her note, "Read and share this with your loved ones that may not know how to properly cope. God Bless all of you."
After tying the knot in 2007, Steve, 66—whose blended family includes seven children—has praised Marjorie as the "best thing that ever happened" to him.
"Marjorie changed the way I existed," the TV host told People in 2012. "I'd never been in a healthy adult relationship. I'd never been loyal, I'd never been fully respected."
And Marjorie feels the same way.
"We're best friends," she told the outlet at the time. "It's the first time either of us has had someone we can talk to about everything."
